1. Shipping Locations
Currently, VIVE NATURAL ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not presently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days, but processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (where available).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms.
5. Order Tracking

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, VIVE NATURAL is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any shipment issues.
If your order is considered lost:
- Please contact us no sooner than 5 business days after the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate and take appropriate action, including replacement or refund if necessary.
10. Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address after an order has been placed are not guaranteed and may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
